Bond window hours

• text: Detroit Police accept cash only for posting bonds. Cash bonds may be posted at DPD precinct stations immediately following a misdemeanor arrest; during court hours bond is posted at the 36th District Court, and after hours at the Wayne County Jail.
• arraignment: Detainees are arraigned in the 36th District Court, typically within 72 hours. Felony arraignments are conducted by video from DPD facilities at 12:00 noon and 2:00 p.m. Monday-Friday; weekend/holiday felony arraignments are conducted at the 3rd Circuit Court.
• jurisdiction: Central pre-arraignment lockup for the Detroit Police Department, jointly operated by DPD and the Michigan Department of Corrections. Holds adults 17+ arrested in Detroit for no longer than 72 hours pending arraignment; capacity about 200.
