Welcome to the 39-A District Court 

The 39th Judicial District Court serves the cities of Roseville and Fraser, Michigan, providing a limited jurisdiction court dedicated to maintaining justice and serving the community. Our court is committed to delivering fair, timely, and impartial judicial services to all individuals who come before us. 

Our Services 

The 39th District Court has jurisdiction over the following matters: 

• Civil Cases: Managing civil litigation where the amount in dispute is $25,000 or less. 

• Criminal Cases: Handling all criminal misdemeanor cases and the preliminary examination of felony cases. 

• Traffic and Parking Violations: Overseeing all traffic violations, parking violations, and other civil infractions. 

• Landlord-Tenant Disputes: Resolving disputes between landlords and tenants. 

• Small Claims: Handling small claims matters efficiently and fairly. 

• Additional Services: The court also handles marriages, evictions, land contract forfeitures, garnishments, and other creditor collection procedures.
